Dr. Jeba lives in Katy with her husband, who is also a veterinarian, and their two beautiful daughters. Outside of work, Dr. Jeba enjoys painting, gardening, and trying out new recipes.
DR. MATT DUFF
Veterinarian
Born and raised in Minneapolis, MN, Dr. Duff began his journey to becoming a veterinarian when he was about 10 years old. Although his passion for animals was present at an early age, he attended Minnesota State University Mankato, receiving his B.S. in applied psychology with the intention of pursuing a career in the human mental health field. Shortly after finishing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Duff rediscovered his passion for animals and decided to redirect his path to animal health care.

While Dr. Duff enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, dentistry, soft tissue surgery and building a trusting and cooperative relationship with pet owners is what keeps him most energized. He places an emphasis on tailoring your pet’s care to their own individual needs and the owner’s personal expectations.
He recently relocated his family to Texas from Minnesota. His family includes his wife and two daughters, along with a Llewellin Setter, a Greyhound, four cats and a turtle. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Duff takes joy in building and flying radio-controlled aircraft, tinkering on his Jeep and classic VW Beetle. He also has an appreciation for hunting and spending time outdoors.
DR. LUCAS D. COATNEY
Veterinarian
Dr. Lucas D. Coatney is a 2018 graduate from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine. He was born and raised in Spring, Texas where his immediate family still lives today. He attended Texas A&M University for his undergraduate course work and received a Bachelor of Science with a degree in Vertebrate Zoology and a minor in Biology. Dr. Coatney is Fear Free Certified and uses techniques to alleviate stress and anxiety in pets during their visit to the hospital.

While there, he met the love of his life Kayla, when the two were lab partners during an Intro to Chemistry class. The two have been happily married since 2014. He has loved animals since a young age and has owned a wide variety of pets throughout life including a Teddy Bear hamster (Squeakers), a Texas Horned Frog lizard (Ally), a Ball Python (Sailor), two Mallard ducks (Titter & Tot), two Labrador Retrievers (Bonnie & Clyde), a Long-Haired Dachshund (Duke), and currently a Domestic Shorthair cat (Humphrey).
He has a special interest in both soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, but loves all aspects of medicine. He strives to create a comfortable and pleasant environment for all his patients and clients alike while at the hospital. In his spare time he enjoys any outdoor activity including golfing, fishing and camping. He avidly follows all Houston sports teams including the Texans, Astros, and Rockets, and is also a die-hard Aggie sports fan.
Dr. Brooke Eckermann-Mueller
Veterinarian
Dr. Brooke Eckermann-Mueller graduated 2015 from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. She has worked both in general practice and emergency, Dr. Mueller enjoys soft tissue surgery and emergency medicine. She not only sees companion animals but also large animals such as horses, pigs, and cattle.
Dr. Mueller is married and has two daughters. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and raising registered Brangus cattle and Herford show cattle.
